What is the cost to participate in the program?

There is no cost to the agent. The program is fully covered on your behalf (a value of $1,500–$2,000 per location). There are also no per-application fees.

Do I own my book of business?

Yes! All clients you enroll are 100% yours. Agents are paid directly by the carrier, and you retain ownership of your book of business.

Kiosks & Store Logistics

Kiosks are shipped directly to the store pharmacy in phases. Your location may not have received it yet.

  • Store meetings should be conducted as soon as possible if not already completed

  • Bring a printed Letter of Authorization from the Sunfire Retail Portal.

  • Introduce yourself to the pharmacy manager and confirm your first day in store.If your first day is later than the official start (October 1), make sure the store is aware to avoid kiosk removal or disposal.

Kiosk Setup

  • Store associates are responsible for setting up kiosks.

  • If you experience setup issues, please contact the ASU (Agent Support Unit) for assistance.

Scheduling & Compliance

  • Thanksgiving Blackout Dates: November 28 –November 30 (no in-store activity allowed).

  • Store hours must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance and logged as CMS-compliant events.

  • Failure to log hours may be considered non-compliant retail marketing.

Tracking & Time Requirements

  • All applications and working hours must be tracked in the Sunfire Retail Portal using the Retail Profile (not a standard profile).

  • Each assigned store requires a minimum of 30 staffed hours per week.

    • Shared stores may divide hours (e.g., 2 agents at 15 hours each).
